1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CodeLearnersHub platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is open to learners of all ages. Minors must register with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@codelearnershub.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Enrolment and Payments
- Course fees are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed securely via Paystack or Stripe.
- Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full or agreed instalment payment.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrolment and before accessing more than 20% of course content.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including videos, materials, and curricula — is owned by CodeLearnersHub and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or course access with others.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform.
- Post offensive, defamatory, or illegal content in community forums.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued upon meeting all course requirements. CodeLearnersHub certificates are non-transferable and remain the property of the issuing institution.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific learning outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
